Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) Transportation offers transportation services for individuals with disabilities. We provide safe and convenient transportation services for individuals with disabilities to medical appointments and healthcare facilities. Our mission is to ensure that you receive the best possible transportation experience with our discreet, reliable, and affordable services.
Shared Living
A shared living is a setting wherein a person with a developmental disability is taken in by a family. They will serve as guides, educators, and second families. The objective of the service is to help the individual improve via health and functionality in the community. It can also help him discover his potential and grow to be independent. Our role is to find and connect families and disabled individuals.
